"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."
This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Dr Darden
I have been using the 30 30 30 routines outined in your latest book with great success.
I also tried your advanced arms routine published a while back in IronMan magazine also with remarkable gains in size and strength.
I will be moving to London England where I will have access to the X- Force full line of machines.
What and advance bodybuilding routine using the X-Force machines could be like? What would you recommend Please advise.
Best regards
Alex

I'd say no more than 10 X-Force exercises performed twice a week.
