"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Bad Boy

I saw the picture of your cable crossover machine and it looks pretty impressive.
I suppose you can do just as much with that machine as the bowflex except maybe the rowing machine. My wife likes that feature on the bowflex. The only problem I see with your machine is the amount of space it takes up. That is probably why you keep your in the garage. I personally like the Bowflex because it takes seconds to switch between exercises and there is very little mess compared to having weights all over the place. Just my opinion though.

If you have the room you might want to consider what Bad Boy has but the Bowflex is a nice machine as well.
