"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."
This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

A while back on another thread I stated that I once had a legitimate 28" waist and still couldn't show abs and that I would hunt up some photos. Well I found a few and had to wait to get them digitized, they are snapshots taken with a 110 camera by the world's worst photographer about 23 years ago. I weighed 175 llbs at a height of 6' 1'' , the lightest I have ever been as an adult. Ten years earlier I weighed 190 lbs with a 27" waist and still didn't have abs. I know you can't see my abs in this photo but you can see how small my waist is. I have a front pose that my wife screwed up and cut me in half when she digitized it , so I'll add it later.
