"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

"skull crusher", aka "lying tricep extensions"

Hey Cherry

A skull Crusher is when you lie and your back and do tricep exstentions with a straight bar or cambered bar.
Your arms are straight up like you were at the top of a bench press then you lower you bar either down to your forehead (skull Crusher) or I see many let it come past the top of there head to get more stretch.
Hope this helps

Tough to decide, but right now, at this moment, if I was forced to choose, it would be:

Chins

Incline Bench (dumbbells)

Squats

DB Triceps extension (the one DB over the head extension)

Standing curls (DB or Barbell)

Flies

Bent Over Rows

Actually, I would replace flies with lateral raises
