"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Guys, I'm good friends with the man that does the MuscleHedz cartoons. :) He's actually the guy that turned me on to HIT and pointed me towards Dr. Darden's books to get me started.

John Gleneicki is a good guy and a great artist. He just pokes fun at Bodybuilding all together and that's what MuscleHedz is about. Notice the tiny heads on the HUGE bodies. It's all about humor.

The difference between HIT lifters and HVT lifters is we can do that sort of math. Thats why most HVT say "I can bench 600 lbs".

Oh come on, don't be so harsh. Aren't you a former HVT guy who was already pretty damn big before starting HIT?

LOL it was a joke. But yes, I was a former HVT guy, but I wouldn't consider myself big.
