How Is This Meal Plan?

I just want to change things up a little bit with meals how does this look. Compared to Dr. Darden's high carb diet.

1 cup oatmeal with 1 cup yogurt 420 cals

2 slices whole wheat bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 cup milk 400 cals

sandwich 3 ounces meat with 2 slices whole wheat bread and veggies on the side 300 cals

1 cup yogurt with extra scoop protein powder. ( the yogurt i get only has 6 grams a cup and 33-40 grams carbs) 200 cals

1 protien bar 200 cals

meals are not in this order i just wrote them like this.

Any suggestions?

Im in the final stages of fat loss so im very close to my goal. I am just getting bored with some meals thats all.
