"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."
This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Will you be posting more body part sequences at T-Nation? This is Johnrfit and for being a fossil of 61, I am having great response to the programs.
Also, what do you recommend for weight loss for someone who does not tolerate a lot of carbs?
Thanks,

Perhaps there will be more of these routines in November. Right now I'm trying to get my new book printed and bound.
If you can't tolerate carbs, you'll have to follow the dieting guidelines of some of the low-carb, high-protein guys. Your daily calories are still important and I believe you need to be in the 1500-1800 range per day.
