"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

I am not saying anything new by stating the obvious: Arthur's work has
influenced (and peeved off) so many people that we need to do whatever is necessary to keep it alive, and to have as many people experience it
first-hand.

After several days of steady work, I hope everyone will enjoy my contribution to this endeavor:

ArthurJonesExercise.com

There you will find his literary works (with more to come), and a photo library.

Brian,

Thanks for putting in what was obviously a huge amount of work getting all of those materials online. I think a lot of people will benefit from reading the materials on the site.

Generous is an understatement. I've done a bit of web development on the side in the past, and putting something like that together requires a significant time investment.

WOW! so much to read, all the stuff I wanted, would have bought the AJ collection but had to get NBBFOSR first. It must have taken quite some time to set it up, absolutely brilliant and I'm sure it will be much appreciated by all who visit. Well done Brian.

Awesome Brian.

Off and on over many years I've tried to get hold of his writings -- just to confirm some of the HIT principles 'from the horse's mouth' -- and now I have access to the best of them.

I noticed you have even put his incredible autobiography up, "And God Laughs". I recall that only a few years back, we had to pay for it at Ellington's old site, ClassicX. Finally able to get my goggly eyes on it, I started reading it right away -- it's really entertaining right off the bat. Looking forward to downloading it onto my PDA for easy reading later.

Still enjoying the IART newsletters by the way.

Cheers
