I know this is gross but how many times a day do most i guess " GO" to the bathroom. No i am not talking about peeing because i was reading about how you should go 2-3 times a day, which seems like a lot

Well, I'm bulking so I'm eating enormous amounts of food. Thus, I'm "eliminating" 3-4 times a day.

But when I'm dieting down, only 1-3 are necessary.
