4th Week..


Well this is my fourth week of hittin the weights and tryin to shed some fat.....My weight in the beginning was 235 and now is 226.5 not really nothing major there but ive been hittin the weights hard...1 on 1 off...

Im just curious how long does it usually take to start seeing noticable gains...I know its goin to be different for everyone but just curious on the average.
