Ive just been pondering and i guess to some this will be a stupid question...Which works best with building muscle and not fat...i know alot of stuff out there bloats u up and u look like ur about 9 months preg lol..for ex. 100% whey protein powders or just ur plain jane creatine mono..which would u more likely accomplish from...
