What does everyone think of the Bowflex revolution when it comes to bodybuilding at home. Do the resistance provide enough negative force? Please advice.
The revolution looks allot better then the standard bowflex models. I do wonder what are the increments of weight adjustment for the revolution, can't find anything on their site stating it.
I don't know about the revolution, but I have a power pro and I like it. I don't know any of the strength curves or what ever, but it works well for me.
