"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."
This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

What a shame,Im not surprised.I thought this would happen.Just a matter of time.If I had some of Jones stuff I think I would know where I had it.I know I would not have to clean my house to find anything.I have the Arthur Jones collection and I would not sell it,even for a profit.
What I like best, is he type something to the effect that he doesn't want to sell them and they will be trashed if they don't sell, but he has the starting bids up pretty f'n high for something he's just going to garbage! If I had the cash, I'd buy them, but I also hate the idea of any of my money going to this guy.
John Szimanski has really verified what some have known all along. That he is a fake, phoney, fraud who never had any respect or regard for Arthur or Nautilus. This walking talking sewer had no regard For Jones when he ripped him off blind. Had not even the common self respect that would keep a non-sociopath from rummaging Arthur's garbage in the dark of night. All so he could make what he thought would be some fast and big $$'s on Nautilus afficionados.
That he has the unmittigated gall to advertise his intentions to shitcan Arthur's original work, unless he can make a fast $5,000.00-(that's the total of these items if they all sold)after Arthur is gone shows him to be the gutless wonder that he is... AND, what he really thinks of Arthur.
These bits of memorobilia mean NOTHING to him except the product of his efforts to steal what he could in hopes of great riches and the disappointment that followed.

Yes Zand, You are correct. I like your style of writing and appreciate your knowledge base.
J.S. is a filthy whore from what I saw on ebay.
He is threatening to destroy things unless somebody who cares is willing to pay up. He is also an internet warrior who is a king smartass. From his looks, he's a crybaby punk who couldn't beat up a girl scout.
Check out the latest item and read over the decsription completely. Captain Cheap Shot is at it again. Zander stated it eloquently. OOOPS, it is getting close to Halloween, time to get out the masks again.
I have pictures in my computer of a few Classic Nautilus items. Those that want to have them for their files, email me at exarchives@aol.com. I would never sell these old Nautilus items. I was there at Lake Helen many times back in the day. I thought is was going to last forever. I will share some of these items and take pictures of them for those that want and can appreciate them.
I have talked to John before and he struck me as an honest guy.. After I read all the criticism directed to ward him, I still gave him the benefit of the doubt. I don't see anything wrong with asking for high prices for memorabillia , however " threatening to trash this stuff in order to make a sale is too much for me.
I have some material autographed by Arthur , for me , and I have thought about selling them , but I can't. Maybe at some future event, if I am really strapped for cash, I might, however it never even crossed my mind to throw them away.
I have serious questions for those who know A.J. and can be objective. What was A.J. getting from that relationship with J.S.? A.J. seemed to make use of the "true believers" even though he didn't like them. Did he not know that J.S. was a tool? Did he just keep him around as a tool? A fetch boy? What?
