Determine the Length of Your Workouts

Evaluate Your Progress

Keep Warm-Up in Perspective

"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

One Limb Training
First | Prev | 1 | 2

I've never used unitlateral training exclusively in a workout (and I don't train like most people here), but I do often use 1 arm rows for back maybe every 3rd back workout, some variation of 1 arm curls for bis, occasionaly 1 arm tricep extensions, and 1 arm lateral raises. I never do any leg training 1 limbed other than leg curls as I feel the risk of injury is much to great.

No, I don't know where to begin; as you are now several hundred posts into it, and each one is lamer than the next.
