"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Just got my copy of Gregs W/O dvd from idealexercise.Watching A quality trainer coax a trainee through a W/O,really does renforce the notion that a trainer/coach is a pre- requisite for maximum results. This is the best tenner ive spent,Everyone who trains HIT should get this.

Coomo, any way to post a sample of this video? Also, what is your history with HIT (frequency, diet, etc.)?
What are your vital statisics (height, weight, age, etc.). Thanks.

Coomo, I only asked for a SAMPLE OF THE VIDEO. You obviously misunderstood my request (or are you are just being rude?). By the way, why don't you not just buy it BUT USE IT.

Sorry forgive me for seeming rude. What I meant was ,firstly I dont know how to post videos(far too techy for me,im old)and that i dont think it would be fair to hi-jack Gregs work, and post it wothout his permission.

USE IT? I just did a three movement consolidation w/o.The thing is I feel a deeper level of fatigue, burn etc than when I do 6 exercises, which is weird.Perhaps i pushed harder than usual,(and i push hard usually anyway?)

Coomo,

No problem. I did try to locate the video but I could only see pictures.
Is seattlehit.com the correct site?

Also, could you describe your personal training regimen and your vital statistics (height, weight, BF% if known, etc in more detail?

Thanks for the info.

I got to watch the DVD at Doug Holland's house prior to the Super Bowl.At halftime,Doug took me out to his garage gym and put me through a great H.I.T. workout of barbell squats, trap bar deadlifts, close grip bench presses,Nautilus pullover machine, weighted static chin up into negative chin up,and, once again, barbell squats.I didn't get to see the Tom Petty halftime show.

And I must add that Greg's video is really good.Filmed in real time.No fakery.I especially liked the way Greg stays calm as his clients begin to freak at the intensity of their workouts.
