"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

Just wanted to say that I purchased the video from your site and really dig it! Reminded me of Yates' Blood and Guts...but with better form. I really like the part at the beginning where you talk about the workout and tell people to get out of the gym and enjoy life...then blast into an intense, balls-to-the-wall workout. Very real world and hopefully it inspires more videos of this nature.
Definitely looking forward to the next one.
I too had the joy of viewing John's video last weekend. Having seen all, if not most of the HD/HIT advocates train, via video, DVD, or on the Net, I can safely say I have NEVER seen anyone train harder! John's video, like the man himself, is the real deal!
Not only does it show how it should be done, but you can feel the intensity reek out of the man while he attacks every exercise, the focus and concentration unlike anything I have ever seen, or doubt I will again.
So if you want to see what true HIT exercise is about, you can't go further than watching the master at work!!!
I'm thankful to God for the good people he's put around me and I thank you for the compliments and positive feedback. I am both humbled by your words and quite motivated to bring on more with more INTENSITY in the near future!
Turn up the intensity!
