I've mentioned previously that my new book, Men's Health Killing Fat, will feature 30-10-30 as the training technique. The technique will be illustrated in several chapters that apply 30-10-30 to the recommended 18 exercises. The book will not be available until January 22, 2019.

That's all I want to say about 30-10-30 right now. There will be much more information around Christmas.
