"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

hahahahaahahahahahahahaomygodhahahahaahahah

That is absolutely retarded.....

Even the camera man was a sacrifce on that first run.....

Here is one of my more favorite dangerous ones -
http://www.youtube.com/...feature=channel

Skis don't have shit for suspension dampening even with 14-18 inches of rear travel - you can get spinal compression injuries without even wrecking one just from getting slammed over bumps -

Don't these retards realize waht can (is going) to happen to them someday?

I like the Nitro Circus girls too ;-) Bet they are wild ;-)

Fan-Friggen-Tastic! The tree plant and that one sky high back flip are beautiful.

Well ya look at Steve-O who dropped out of 'Dancing with the Stars' because of his back and he's a young man. Fact is everyone says their lifting practices are fine but it is all the same sort of chance taking and for all those who are injury free thus far well they are like those who have smoked all their life and still no cancer. Go to the emphysema ward at a hospital and see what the majority face...

Gotta luv that pink big wheel though ;n)

Andrew: I've been shown that parody before. Ballgymnic 1963 (Italian Toy Manufacturer) was an early Hopper Ball for Children, now is used WorldWide in "personal training." Its use proliferates indiscrminately as if there is some type of MAGIC - IT'S TRAGIC.

Yup it's a travesty alright, almost 20 years ago my kids had one with a handle on it ;n)

I followed a number of the "personal trainer" links off that video. I hadn't realized personal trainers were either scrawny wimps or obese. You'd think that shape up a little before getting in front of a camera.

There is a whole new ilk of "personal trainers" popping up - some even with roached out equipment in sheds behind their homes to ones who train their clients at PUBLIC FACILITIES like PARKS!!!

Pretty sad when you think about it....I think many certifications have been handed out like "art school diplomas" if you could copy the mouse cartoon in the TV Guide......

And I predicted nearly 8 years ago...the "Hoola Hoop" is now an exercise tool with classes. Next craziness will prolly be Jump Rope...Oh--it is already? Actually the jump rope is relatively sensible and all the "Plyo" anyone (ever) needed.

I was hoping the guy would try that jumping with a heavy barbell on his shoulders like that other fellow who was doing squats on a ball.

I really love the public park idea. That's a true no overhead business model. They can work their quads by explosively pushing the merry go round for the kids. More kids equals more resistance. Everybody wins.

I'm a couple of miles from Cooper's "Aerobics Center" and even they have certifications for personal trainers, which is hilarious to me. Like you need a trainer to jog alongside you to keep you entertained.

It is SAD, because these IDIOTS are some of the WORST FORM of FRAUD and again SAD that the clueless keep paying them for ROMPER ROOM TIME.

Not real. It was made for a nokia commercial. The real bruce with real nunchunks are superimposed over new old looking footage of ping pong. These days, you can't believe what you see unless it's in real life.
