"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Woe to you, U. of Michigan!

What was once a proud football citadel of integrity and tradition, now has tears of lamentations!

Too bad, too bad, you once beautiful tree. Your first woe was App. St., your second was cutting the tree that produced many great saplings of success! Now, your third woe is a crying shame! Yes, lament you proud tree that has it's roots banded.

The NCAA has a 20 hours a week work cap for football!

I wonder why 20 hours in a week for football is not enough?

Why do players believe more than 20 hours is necessary for success?

Are athletes misled this badly?

I wonder how Harvard and Yale run their programs?

What could be done to correct this problem for student athletes?
