"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Since I gave up on SB, here's one more....

Go easy on me....lol. I'm 42 and my pics are "cold" as you say, I don't know how to pose, and obviously I'm NOT a Bodybuilder, never have been or will be. I just like to stay in shape.

And, I think bathroom pics a little creepy and if I take anymore pics I'll have to work on changing that! lol

Speaking of creepy......Mr.T can we NOT see anymore pics of your legs with your pants still around your ankles?! hahaha. Just teasing Buddy, nice job on the work done!

Thanks, B

Great pics Brian , terrific mid-section , well done ...thankyou.
I agree it is difficult to take your own pic , I set the timer on the camera which I have pointed at a neutral background ( shower curtain ) it then gives me about 10 sec to get into position. much easier than holding the camera at arms length or pointing at the mirror.

`pants still around the ankles` LOL , sorry mate I didnt stop to think . Those pics are probably copied/pasted on a hundred porn sites now , with some gorgeous blonde photoshopped kneeling in front. ( I wish ! LOL ) ..... shit , they could photoshop anything kneeling/bending in front ! ..... well at least my pants are clean LOL.

Best wishes , T.

Shit that's funny, lets hope what you said does not come true! lol

After photo taken last month at the gym. I'm about 245lbs in this picture, a month after a surgery and infection that laid me up about a month.

Some tips on easy extra calories that may help (Nate, take note); I eat 3 tablespoons of codliver oil after each meal (about 1100 calories) and a pint of haggendaz before bed. Also use at least 1/2 stick of butter with breakfast. Most of my extra calories are from fat; it's the easiest macro nutrient to consume because it tastes good and is the most calorically dense.

Are you going to post some photos? Of you, not the butter, ice-cream etc? It's always nice to see meaningful photos of other members.

Sure Glynn,
Here's a picture taken a few months after the one I posted the other day on the wrists and forearm thread:

http://www.drdarden.com/...550305&pageNo=0

Comparing the pics you can see the musculature in my face is much more developed here; every year or so I do some face work for a couple of weeks and the results take many months to fade.

jn6047, tremendous before and after difference!

Thanks. I missed the one in the wrist/forearm thread. I agree with SB, you look strong but would much better if you leaned down. That's just my opinion though. Each to their own. I know some guys happier with the bulkier but smoother look.

It's great to see folk posting their photos. Everyone's physique shows positive attributes.

Nothing that Nautilus Behind Neck immediately followed by the Nautilus Compound Pullover (Pullover immediately followed by PUlldown To Chest) won't cure.

Sorry if I missed something along the way here, but was that done ALL NATURAL? (without roids - no offense)

Nope. But it was done while living with crohns disease. Unfortunetly most people here will probably say my progress was only because of drugs, but they don't take into account the food, training, and determination, nor the fact that I don't loose weight when not using for months on end.

All things in account, that is an impressive transformation. You clearly haven't been sitting on your ass. Many hours in the gym I'm sure.
