"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Sorry if I missed something along the way here, but was that done ALL NATURAL? (without roids - no offense)

Nope. But it was done while living with crohns disease. Unfortunetly most people here will probably say my progress was only because of drugs, but they don't take into account the food, training, and determination, nor the fact that I don't loose weight when not using for months on end.

All things in account, that is an impressive transformation. You clearly haven't been sitting on your ass. Many hours in the gym I'm sure.

Nate

I really respect your honesty about steroids. And, I have a friend who has Crohns so I know how difficult it is to manage as well as gain weight. Damn good for you that your dedication and commitment pulled you through to be able to succeed with your goal! It must be tough I guess to maintain...

No matter, you've still had to do the hard work. That's an excellent transformation, especially considering your medical issues.

no doubt in this pic you have potential. your traps are bulging and your pecs are there somewhere under that stored energy.

bottom line you have a 'few' pounds to put behind you (you know this already) the question is when?

Thanks Turpin and Ace. I think muscle memory is kicking in here, I am surprised how quickly mass is returning.

I know that to surpass any previous bests my diet will have to be A LOT more strict!

Stay well guys.

smanjh, Natural Good Job well done.

Southbeach most of us aren't into looking like crackheads, but I'm sure you pull it off well. You definitely have the right training and eating habits for it.
