"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

The last one for now. I've got some leg shots as well but I want to edit some before and afters together so I'll post some when I've got round to doing that.

Lookin great bigfella, very ripped and you keep gaining muscle at the same time... accomplishing this naturally as you are requires serious discipline.

Dont you know, single set TF, infrequent training does not work?

:)

U sound gay. This explains the PM.

Nice mature response. You are a credit to humanity.

(That was sarcasm in case you are too stupid to realise)

Yeah lets say he did only weigh 175lbs thats still bigger than the 150lbs you would weigh at a regular 6' height the other 40 or 50 lbs is in your height not your musculature, there is no excuse for not weighing in excess of 235+ at your height, of course it would require a proper diet, not one most bunny rabbits would get sick of after 5 seconds.

Great picture Smanjh good muscle and brand new wanking material for southy whose penis must be red raw with this particular thread

I was wondering where these pics were. I see that I didn't go back far enough.
Anyway...

1. You have good muscle shape. This can't be trained. You look like your frame can hold lots of muscle.

2. You are NOWHERE near narrow. In fact, I think you are quite wide.

I hope you are getting on with your fat loss and straighten out whatever in your life caused you to gain it in the first place. I hope you will quickly find out what works for you and not waste time (as I do) experimenting with everthing under the sun. I think you owe it to yourself to take you physique to the highest level you can and get on stage and into competition somewhere, sometime.

Hey man,

I don't know if this is directed at me, but if it is, thank you very much. I believe all of the 'drama' I went through is over and I am in the process of going toward rebuilding everything.

I think my experimentation days are over and I have found basic fundamental principles to adhere to that go beyond a certain workout plan.

I would love to do a contest one day, but I do not think it would be something I would really like doing, plus I always seem to use something that is on their banned substance list when it is legal, like derivatives of dhea and so forth. Heck, my favorite legal product, 6oxo, is now illegal and on all sorts of 'must wait 2-5 years' lists, lol.

I don't know, a lot of untested shows here in SC look like high level natural shows, so who knows.

I do hate to pose generally, as you can see from the embarrassment or at least lack of enthusiasm on my face, lol.

The big joy I get out of this is helping other people that I come in contact with-helping them lose weight and get healthier. Helping other gym goers get bigger with little tips or whatever and so on. I really want to see how lean I can go and snap a picture.

If I can get my nose to the grindstone until the last day in September, I think I will be able to post pictures at 260 or so, and the three sight method should say 16% (23% or less a few weeks ago because the caliper dropped without a change in weight).

Eventually I want to pump up and be all tan for new full body shots like the ones before. I just took those (or had them taken rather) just to see what I looked like on a picture. No pump, no tan, no screwed up lighting, more or less for me.

On shoulder width: I took a measuring tape and had a friend measure across from one shoulder to the other, and I would be slightly over 22 inches wide, more if I had some precise way of doing it, lol.

LOL and thank you. I know, I have a picture thread just for Southbeach when he is ready. I assure you, he is reading this right now I bet, so I don't think he will be too far away.

I think while guys like us are looking at Yates, he is watching the Tour De France and picking out his dream body.

Great pics and gains guys (I've been busy with studies so missed this thread). Keep up the great gains.

I agree, I feel for SB. An ego so far out of whack with their development deserves sympathy.

Here is a blurry but still recognizable picture from before working out today.

269, still a lot to go, but I was an untrained 345 or so pretty much in February, and only got to train again since April.

I want to try and get 'Southbeach approved' lean wise before next summer, but I am now sort of pacing myself since it is going to get pretty damn cold here soon, and thus really no motivating factor outside of 1-2 pound per week gradual fat loss.

I don't know - you look good. Waist looks small and forearm and arm look big! How large does your arm and forearm measure?

Ron

Thanks Ron, my end goal is to blow away the other pictures I have on this thread from 4 years ago. That was really a personal goal since last year and how obese I got, lol.

My arm was a little over the 18 inch mark and my forearm is right at 16 inches here.

Thanks Turpin! You know, the only thing different I am doing for forearms now is actually training them.

I dislike that the one muscle that I never really thought about is looking like it is going to be the eye grabber at the end of the day, lol.

Still though, looking through this thread, you, Josh Trentine, and Glynn are very inspirational. The leanness and mass you three have has always sort of eluded me, so this time I am hell bent on being comparable.

I sure hope so. My problems over the last 4 years, whether self induced or otherwise, are hopefully all behind me.

Hopefully tomarrow holds some better luck, physique wise or not!
