"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

Hello everyone,

For the last month I have not been posting on the forum much. Just in the last few days have I been back at it. Reason being was spending nights building a website for the gym. For those who have done it themselves they know it's quite the learning process.

It's done now and I have linked a facebook and Youtube account to it. In the upcoming weeks and months I will be trying to put as much content on it as possible.
Have a request for something you want to see High Intensity, Nautilus, MEDX or training related? Chances are I can film it or take pictures of it.

Feel free to checkout, subscribe or add as friend. I am finding out some of my texts don't run on all browsers and sometime the alignment is out. Regardless all the pages are running.
Also I posted my official logo.

Remember even know there is alot of fighting lately, we are all in this together.

Thanks,

To all my fellow Canadians, Happy Canada Day.

Incredible facility! I hope it brings you both financial reward and professional gratification. (I dearly wish there was something similar nearby.)

Will check the website out on an ongoing basis.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot guys. I found an old video of me training a friend through an arm specialization routine.

Nautilus Plate Loaded Biceps
Negative Chins
Nautilus Plate Loaded Triceps
Negative Dips

No rest in between. Shot it in 2006 at the basement gym. I will be putting it up on youtube. Curious if anyone read the case studies.

I read them, and they seem to line up with my own experiences.

The NO one was quite interesting. Some people explode in growth, others do do not. Your subject got something off of it, but I would like to see a general consensus of more experienced lifters using it to gain new muscle. We obviously know it will activate muscle memory, lol.

Thanks again guys.
I enjoyed speaking with you at the conference Mark. You have a great deal to offer the HIT world. I will be posting more and more about what I do through my various channels.

As promised I uploaded a video onto youtube of myself training a friend back in 2006 at my first gym.
It's an arm specialization workout. It was so great getting out of the commercial facility and to have free roam of all the Nautilus machines.

Thanks again guys. I just passed a huge milestone for myself this weekend. I finally made a 500lb trap bar deadlift.

I'll be posting the video here and on my youtube channel. 470 almost beat me. Waited 5-6 mins in between and just pyched myself up. Didn't think I had it but once it budged I knew I had to stay with it. The bar starts moving due to these little feet welded onto it to make it easier to load the weight.

Regardless it went up and the next challenge is 500lb on the safety squat bar.

Great website Mike. Interesting case studies too, particularly the one with yourself and the 4 week leg challenge. If you can recall Mike, what was your diet like for the 4 weeks that you put on the 15lb? You obviously ate very well!!:-)

Well Done

I would have to look back and see if I have any notes on that. I believe I had already gotten off the protein supplements at that point. I know I had not started to eat Raw food yet.
I believe I would have been eating mostly whole foods, 5-6 meals a day. I have always been a big eater.

The food didn't have a huge amount to do with it. At the end of the hockey season you are saving the 4-5x a week worth of energy used for skating. It was a case of muscle memory. Much the same as the Colorado experiment.

The next 20lb I put on would be very much diet related.
