"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

I remember one of my favorite posters on this forum said he was so wide shouldered he had trouble getting through some door ways, ha ha.

I thought the three of them were going to hook arms and start square dancing when they tried to go three too wide.
Funny stuff.

Ah, but you didn't know which doorways I was talking about. I was talking about my daughter's playhouse, lol.

We have a narrow closet door that makes me feel massive when I need a Lat wing ego boost.

LOL ... `carpet fitters` ( a roll of carpet under each arm ) we call them in our gym .
Invariably they also need to wear the `bodybuilding wear` which would include the gloves , small towel and lifting straps for anything lifted at all ( even lateral raises FFS ). I had one such individual complain to the receptionist at the commercial gym I used to frequent because I was leaving chalk dust on the machines I had used LOL.
What a change in attitudes from the gyms I used to train at ( & have since returned too ) where respect was earned by pounds lifted and not how many pounds in your wallet/bank balance.
And in my opinion such individuals ( WANNABE`S ) are prime targets for the opportunist steroid dealer !

The difference is I actually do have nearly a 20 inch difference between my waist and chest, unlike you that appears to have like 7

32" pants and a 39" inch suit coat, right Scott?

Hey that's good, you actually knew who I was talking about! I never bragged that I had any shoulders to speak of so your attempt at an insult doesn't hit home..ha ha..
On another note , I'm still shocked that someone hasn't bought that set of Nautilus you have on e-bay with the omni bi in it. I thought for sure someone would have bought it by now??

My pants size is 32 waist and my suit jacket is 42. It's not hard to figure that you would be much larger than I am. You can supposedly bench press 400 or more and I could barely ever bench 200.
