Yesterday, while checking my library of weight training books, I discovered I have duplicates of both "The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer" and "High-Intensity Training: The Mike Mentzer Way."
Since many of you have families and budgets are often tight in this economy, I would like to offer the books free of charge to a member(s)of the forum who would like the books but simply cannot spare extra money for books at this time.
Anyway, if you are interested, shoot me a PM. I will pay the postage so you will incur no cost.
i hope im not asking for too much, but would it be possible to 'scan' them so we could all read the books? maybe not the 'HIT the mike mentzer way' because that's still in print and would be copyright, but what about the other one?
I have a compilation of the original mail order courses scanned in. I downloaded from elsewhere but compared it to my original mail order courses and it looks good. I also have scanned in my copy of the original Heavy Duty, the booklet that preceded the book Heavy Duty I. PM me your email and I'll send them.
Heavy Duty Nutrition 15MB
Heavy Duty courses 2MB
Heavy Duty original 8.2MB
The first two I downloaded from somewhere on the internet, don't recall where. The last one I scanned in myself
