"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

I am conducting a survey about if people get hungry after exercise or any other physical activity such as tennis, basketball, running, etc.
Please respond to the following
Male or Female
High carb diet or low carb diet
Do you get hungry after exercise/physical activity
I posted this same survey on BB.com and I got immature responses. I'm posting this on this website cause there is a high maturity level here. I will appreciate your responses.
No I don't get hungry after exercise, in fact after a workout or a run or whatever I feel less hungry than usual.
Now this is pretty funny...
"I'm posting this on this website cause there is a high maturity level here".
This is the funniest thing I've read in some time...
I eat everything/anything
Yes! If I don't get some milk in me after a workout I'll get the shakes. I'll also eat everything in sight...if I'm not feeling sick after the workout(which I try to stay away from).
Try posting something on Bodybuilding.com and you will know what I'm talking about. Hard to tell if you are being sarcastic
Oh I'm sure there are far more idiots on BB.com but that's a far shot from making the guys on here mature,ha ha..As bad as this forum seems at times it is the best one out there mostly because we have faith in Ellington!
