"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Google has a black label over their name...

www.craigslist.com

www.wikipedia.org

Wikipedia, Craigslist and several other sites are shut down today in a protest of the ridiculous SOPA and PIPA crap the government is trying to ram down our throats like every other Soviet KGBesque rule against our freedoms in the past couple decades.

Voting is on the 24th of JANUARY - you are out of time to complain...must do it today

Read up if you don't already know and take the time to protest to your politicians. There are already laws in place that cover this crap and some of them with insane 20 YEAR STATUTES OF LIMITATIONS - incredible long term ridiculous and vague gray area boundaried laws. Like they need another ...

Do you own research and arrive at the logical conclusion

Apparently the AUTHOR of the bill is a copyright violator himself - hilarious

http://www.vice.com/...opyright-whoops

I hope they go after him using his own bill if it passes - this is typical of almost all of Washington - total hypocrites and mostly aholes.

Speaking of which, you may want to see if you have a chance to vote out any of the above mentioned from your districts - see below

The Stop Online Piracy Act was introduced by Representative Lamar Smith (R-TX) and was initially co-sponsored by Howard Berman (D-CA), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN), Mary Bono Mack (R-CA), Steve Chabot (R-OH), John Conyers (D-MI), Ted Deutch (D-FL), Elton Gallegly (R-CA), Bob Goodlatte (R-VA), Timothy Griffin (R-AR), Dennis A. Ross (R-FL), Adam Schiff (D-CA) and Lee Terry (R-NE)

Amazing that I actually agree with ANYTHING Nacy Pelosi says - and she is apparently on the RIGHT side of this one

Good luck INTERNET ....looks like you may need it

Monster Cable (and other companies too) wants sites like Craigslist and your local newspapers online classified ads SHUT DOWN as rogue sites because "we can't sell new Monster Cable because sites like Craigslist offer used cables so much cheaper"

And they call this a PIRACY act?

Every time another bill likes this comes up they just keep getting worse and worse...

Under this bill if you were to happen to have a video of you baby say playing on the floor and a song or TV show were playing in the background both you and the website could be head accountable criminally and in a civil court....

Absolutely bat shit crazy ridiculous

I used to laugh at our grandparents saying the communists run the schools and Russia will be more free than the US soon....We used to think this as a ridiculous notion, but now .......

I'm a democrat at heart ( or used to be) and this may sound odd coming from one who has always been so liberal ( oh I hate that word) but it is obvious that many of our freedoms are disappearing.

Take for example what happens if you come out of the subway right in town here in Arlington Va. and you try and take a picture of a friend and the DARPA building just happens to be in the background a block away. These fellows will come running out in their black suits and sun glasses and try and confiscate your camera and possibly arrest you.

National security they'll say!! I've know three friends who have had this happen to them recently. To much damn regulation and BS now days..

It's obvious that SOPA is not really being funded by the entertainment industry alone. It just so happens they are the only organisations who can admit to wanting it without showing it up for the scam it really is.

Yea , I think I'm still a old softy and nice guy generally. I've been going through some rough times lately with losing both my mom and my wifes mom in the same week and all the insanity related to that so I'm still a little crankier than usual.

I have to say though that it's hard to be nice with some guys on here considering all the crap they keep posting. You just run out of patience.

I think US lost a LOT of is values at 9/11. Whats left isent really impressing. Now when you are bancrupt also, you cant continue to play the world police anymore either.

The saga is ending cause the values went out throw the window.

Everything IMHO of course, but this is how it looks like, watching from abroad.

The fact is that more liberals than conservatives are opposed to major portions of the Patriot Act, for example.

Liberal and moderate justices on the U.S. Supreme Court have done more to protect free speech than so-called conservative justices ever dreamed of doing.

It could be reasonably argued that William O. Douglas did more to protect unfettered free speech than the entire right-leaning Supreme Court of today.

During the McCarthy era, it was mostly liberal-leaning newspapers and reporters such as Edward R. Murrow that were at the forefront of protecting our First Amendment from dangerous men like Joseph McCarthy and other red baiters.

Pretty good commentary on the issue at hand in the link

The sad part is many people in this country (and the world for that matter) would listen to a pitch like that and not even fully understand the scope of what is at stake here -

That includes many who fancy themselves as intellectuals having much knowledge acquired by study and other learned professional type people - I bet 90% are so far in denial or dummied down by media or so overwhelmed by their daily routines and obligations that they won't even give it a thought - or are aware of the thing, but in some way think they are immune or this somehow doesn't affect them

Pretty pathetic -

Can we even assemble a list of laws or bills that have been passed in the last 10-20 years that ACTUALLY HELP ANYTHING? Can such a list even be compiled? Aside from the child protection laws like the Megans Law or the Amber Alert type stuff nothing else really comes to mind....and really when you think about it, WTF weren't laws like that already in place from jump street? Things like that should have been in place since the Constitution was signed...which at the rate things are going they might as well just tear that thing up. It is really only symbolic at this point

Why would you expect the conservatives to protect all of the personal freedoms you have now? The name conservative was chosen centuaries ago and the system that was in place then is the one they are trying to conserve as much as possible.

If they were able to go back to that system it would mean that you would, unless you are a multi millionaire, loose a vast proportion of your personal freedoms. And if it could be done believe me they would do it.

This is like saying a broken toaster is still better than a refridgerator because it comes closer to toasting bread than does a refriderator. But a refridgerators purpose is not to toast bread.

Do you see my point?

Those are state issues. Those laws weren't needed in the old days because there were no repeat offenders. Hemp has its purposes.

Conservative, as used in the U.S.A., does not mean someone who supports King George and rights and privileges of the aristocracy. American conservatives are supposed to support the governmental ideas of John Locke and "Cato's Letters;" which is to say maximum personal liberty and minimal government (protection of personal property and defense of the state and the weak). Summed up as "That government is best, which governs least."

Liberal, as used in the U.S.A., means someone who supports State intrusion into every corner of one's business, property and thought, and can be summed up as "From each according to his ability, to each according to his need."

In reality, both major parties are actually criminal gangs, who "govern" from the position of "From the taxpayer, to the treasury, to my donors, to my party slush fund and personal cash stash." see: "Solyndra"
