I've always enjoyed your posts. While I realize the fundamentals have not changed, would you be so kind to expound upon your current thinking with regards to total workout volume, frequency, duration, any favorite techniques and favorite exercises?
There are a few contributors to this site - yourself, Dave Landau, Tim from Precision Fitness, others - that I wish would post their own current thoughts on HIT. Ignore the inevitable flood of negativity; some of us are genuinely interested in your thoughts.

Seriously though I've always recognised you by your Avataar anyhow and never had any reason to believe you were hiding anything. So it makes no difference to me.
But I think that it should make a difference to the people who like to play the "I post under my real name" card at every opportunity and they should now give you your due for doing it.
