"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

My last WO before some weeks of vacation and resting.

Horisontal Leg Curl 140*6
Leg Quadriceps 170*8 ss/w
Legpress 300*12
Arms Cross 140*6 ss/w
Pec Seated Press 130*3
Lat Back Circular 130*6 ss/w
Lat Back Row 130*3, drop set 90*3
Deltoid Press 130*5
Biceps Curl 150*4
Abdominal Crunch 120*4
Tri pushdown (done with the LBC) 80*5

Proceeding again on more or less everything.

Some observations: I look great after the training but during the weeks I look flat and I lost some of the "thick" look I got in the beginning. I also getting mote and more tired after the sessions, with some head ache. Today I had to lay down for 15 minutes, catching my breath, and after the shower, another 15 minutes of rest in my car, before I could drive away.

I have been very tired the last 3-4 weeks, which could come from the training, working like hell or me sleeping no more then 5 hours per night. Or of course, a combination of the above.

So, am I overtrained? Still proceeding at the gym, but at a cost (tiredness). Now, 3 hours after training, my body is almost numb.

The NA training is hard in another way I ever felt, beeing no stranger to hard training. It could be, doing it for a longer period, to hard for me, maybe it should be roted with some regular training, dont know.

Any way, will rest a couple if weeks now and it will be intresting to see what the rest (from training, work and with adequate sleep) will do with my body.

Thank you anybody who read this serie of comments about X-Force training and hope fully, it was of value to somebody out there.
