A definition is a statement that identifies the nature of the units subsumed under a concept.

The purpose of a definition is to distinguish a concept from all other concepts and thus to keep its units differentiated from all other existents.

I hope that helps. Any discipline, including exercise, requires its terms to be defined... otherwise, any word can symbolize any meaning. Right?

You have to get fat for a few years (but only from a bb perspective) to push the envelope if you want to put another 20 lbs of muscle at your advanced level like Josh has done.

A Bulkbuilding diet is paramount and clearly described in the Bulkbuilding Instructional Guide:

And while you're at it, admit that he MUST compete at 205-206 pounds (20 pounds over and above his 185 pound competitive weight) to suggest that he gained that 20 pounds of lean weight, and that he will compete at a similar body fat level. Admit as much, since it is the only way to suggest that he gained 20 pounds lean.

Lol, have you ever heard the word "nope" be defined? I haven't, yet I know what it means. A definition is not required for a word to be used, you may want a definition, like most internet "experts" do, that doesn't mean that one is required.

"In the pics" That's not walking the walk. These guys are going to be putting themselves on stage in front of judges and hundreds of people after dieting for months. They are submitting themselves to drug tests and are competing on a fair platform.

You on the other hand are sitting behind a computer trolling. You post photo shopped pics in favorable light, who knows what you take? You have not submitted to a drug test, a judges critique or even put yourself next to whomever you think you are competing with.

So you are not a bodybuilder? Well then quit begging for a chance to be compared to Joshua. I promise you that you would look like a stump next to him and it would be prudent to hold your words until he hits the stage.

Oh how right you are. You should at least be humbled by the fact that I'm coming to the best for advice when it comes to transgender surgery. The best being you of course. Did it hurt initially? Probably not, because they're wasn't that much to initially remove I'm guessing. See my problem is that the doctors are going to have to deal with a huge steaming pile of cock when it comes to my case. That's why I wear black condoms, because they're slimming.
