"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Fantastic shape Josh, Ace and Brian!

The back biceps pic makes it pretty clear Josh added another 20 lbs of lean mass for anyone still doubting.

Ace proves Jones adage looking strong enough to do one arm chins and dips with 250 lbs.

Brian has pretty tremendous leg development of all the structures.

I think it's comical that you think this picture of Josh and the few others we've seen proves he has added 20 pounds of lean muscle.Yes, he looks good but this picture proves a 20 pound gain??

Yes it looks pretty clear but only David knows the answer to the real riddle here:

Why you haven't asked for larger pictures again???

Months of getting in shape and that's the best you got? Not even a full body shot?

When claims of superiority have been made it is expected that something superior is presented.

I've spent years getting in and staying in shape. I don't get ripped (no interest in it) and I don't get fat. But I'll tell you what... I'll take an upper body photo with that magazine to prove it is current if I get the same from you and Tomislov. Let's go for it, punk? How's the lighting in your mommy's basement? Those overhead lights can really add some muscle to you!

That's why we should do a comparison. I'll show you that I'm superior to you.

Wow some people can't take a compliment; there you go dragging me into a posedown in the Parlour with you and Mr Strong - LOL!

"I don't get ripped" yes about time you came out with that one; you can always put the magasine over your abs :)

Would you say your leg development is the best it could be?

Btw, based on your leg pic you aren't superior to me. Didn't you claim your training was superior to traditional methods? What happened?

Hope your videos are more impressive.

Talk is cheap, boy. Prove your legs are better... but that's besides the point. Let's say that I improved my legs by 'x' inches and they look 'y' better because of what I have been doing. Let's say that you're legs are better than mine, but you produced no change in the past few years. That would make what you do 'stagnant' and my method better (for me)... that I am producing better change relative to what I had... whereas you produced no change relative to what you had...

REGARDLESS of you having better legs, which you have yet to prove, although you are making the claim. Time to prove the claim... although it is pointless since you could have better genetics... be on drugs... both, etc. It all matters on what the changes you have made relative to what you started with and the various stages throughout your training career. Haven't figured that out yet? Sad.

Why is anything and everything excellent unless it has to do with RenEx?

The guy above does have a great build but this thread is about the show.

You don't train in any way shape or form in the way of High Intensity Training. This does give some clue as to why you're so mad about a guy who is producing great gains with super Intense brief training in a HIT vein.

LOL ... Your post sounds like child who`s cries " Its MY party , its MY party " when not receiving the attention they desire envisaging others are stealing their limelight.

And your right I don't train in a HIT fashion , Im not even a bodybuilder .... and NO I am not envious or mad at anyone who does/is , I am quite secure with my training , look & progress.

Yes, it's funny or should I say pathetic that anyone can say this back shot of Josh is proof that he has put on 20 pounds of pure muscle since we last saw him in contest shape. 20 pounds of pure muscle is a hell of alot of muscle to put on naturally regardless of the routine.
