"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

So you take the measurements first and then you "landmark the measurements"?

That's hilarious.

Never said that... you take measurements based on landmarks. You know that full well, troll, you just like to stir shit. Avoid any of my posts and you'll live a happier life... and a less confusing one I presume since what I say seems to be over your head most of the time based on all the idiotic questions and irrelevant comments.

So where's the pictures from this Mr. Universe contest already??

I did hear that Joshua wrecked house at the Rocky Mountain Classic this weekend. He should be in Muscular Development magazine for such a big show.

Over 42yrs `Figure` class is a bit of a comedown from a ( supposed ) pro-universe contender eh ! ... the `big boys` competed in the bodybuilding classes LOL

But then those shorts can/do hide a multitude of flaws.

T.

Mr.Turpin,

According to Muscular Development magazine he placed top 3 in his bodybuilding class too. This was a non-tested event and the biggest in Colorado history.

Speaking of Brian, what was the name of that company with the great anthro kit with the software and so forth you had?

These people have gone to extremes in exactness when it comes to collecting anthro measurements.

You know that full well,

Yes.

I knew what you meant. But only because I am already familiar with the process. Which you must've also known because there is no other way I could've had any idea what you were trying to say.

troll, you just like to stir shit. Avoid any of my posts and you'll live a happier life...

This clearly does not make sense if I like to stir shit then obviously I am going to want a steady supply of shit to stir. So then I would want to read your posts because they often contain a good deal of it.

You realize that you just told me to "landmark the measurements" and now you are blaming me for being confused.

That was fun (however opportunity cost will soon reach unacceptable levels)

So bye

I clarified it for you, peckerhead. Even after I clarified what I meant, you have to throw in a comment. Get a life, assrimmer.
