"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

Dr Darden, after reading your (best so far) new book, I got the impression that the machine routines in it are based on non-X-Force machines.

I might be wrong beliving so.

If somebody like me who have access to X-Force what, if any, changes would you do on the routines for week 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6 doing the program with X-Force?

Thank you in advance

I'd recommend that you do 6 X-Force machines for Weeks 1 and 2, 7 X-Force machines for Weeks 3 and 4, and 8 X-Force machines for Weeks 5 and 6. Two or 3 of the X-Force exercises in each routine should should be for the lower body and the rest for the upper body.
