500-lb Leg Press: 30-30-30

I've had a couple of guys in the past do 500-pounds on my Nautilus Nitro Leg Press for 10 repetitions. But I've never had anyone do, or even consider doing, 30-30-30 on the leg press with 500 pounds.

This morning that changed. Edgardo Rivera, 29, did the above in perfect form.

This was Edgardo's 24th workout. Over the last three months he's lost more than 35 pounds of fat and gained 16 pounds of muscle.

In another three weeks, I'll have a complete report on Edgardo, which includes before-and-after photos.

P.S.

I would enjoy seeing a follow-up 30-30-30 cook/diet book which would give many examples of proper moderate calories meals to enhance weight loss.

I've modified the 300 calorie meal to fit the 5:2 fast diet. I found a local grocery store that sales 10 frozen meals for $10 and that have fewer than 300 calories each.
