"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Just put up one of the episodes we did for "In the Gym", a tv show I host in my area. We had Randy Roach, author of Muscle Smoke and Mirrors discuss Steroid use in athletics and how they came into our culture.

Really fun interview.

Can you watch these online.the whole steroid thing is over done.the only people interested are the guys who haven't used them.it's my belief there not any more dangerous than anything else if used in moderation.same guys win if no one takes them.I do enjoy your videos though and you have an awesome collection of nautilus.

The youtube link above will let you watch them online. I felt we tried to give the athletes a fair shake and helped certain people understand more about there history. Thanks for the kind words.

Hey Michael
Glad you finally got the videos up. Very professionally done! Always a pleasure to hear Randy. Trentine's video was quite informative.

Randy is interviewing me for the book (he has a bunch of data, but needs more detail), which hasn't happened yet. I think it's slated for late this year or sometime next year.

Some really good and useful video's Michael and just at a time when I'm feeling once again that there is little to gain from being on this forum.
Thanks

There's everything to gain from continuing to workout until I kick the bucket, I can't always say the same for being on here. Other than the entertainment value of the lunacy of some posts, Michael's video's and learning of Brians book is all that's been on here in quite some time worth looking at.

Scott,

If you feel that way, post something interesting yourself.....instead of denigrating other's posts.

Thank you. I never met Greg but I heard very good things from several people in the community.
