"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

The more I know about how America, or the more I think I know about America, and how the big corporations operate the more I think Jones must have been working for a government agency at some point or other.

He sold wild animals to gangsters. But more importantly his knowledge of Latin America, Africa and goodness knows where else must have been useful to the US government. After all corporations go into less economically developed countries and grant them loans they can never pay back.

Jones would have been perfectly placed to provide all manner of information. I wouldn't even be surprised if the collection of wild animals was a front.

You don't just go to far flung places, collect a few snakes, and then fly home, do you?

Could have worked for or with something like Air America back in Vietnam Days? I had a cousin who flew big planes for Air A to every god for Saken country for reasons unmentioned. Jones would be perfect for that plus he could profit on the side!! Fly in arms and fly out elephants!!

I think he must have done Uncle Sam a few favours even back then you didn't just get to go to other countries and do a bit of work for their government no questions asked. Paying natives in US dollars is acting as an agent of empire in itself. Uncle Sam must have done him a few favours too. I wouldn't even be surprised if Coca Cola were give him all his bottles for free.

Jones didn't let his native workers drink alcohol. Go and be fecitious elsewhere.

I remember an interview with Boyer Coe where he mentioned he suspected Jones had some 'connections' with the CIA or something like that.
