"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

Watched this interview last night and was quite sickend, i knew Yates had turned into something of a hippy being on a "spiritual" path while smoking blow. What i didnt know is that he is a holocaust denier and conspiracy theorist, whom subscribes to the notions of complete nut jobs like David Icke (who claimed he was the son of god).

How this ignorant druggy still has a fan base is beyond me.

Nothing wrong with conspiracy theories and Icke has some decent material, it is not all out there. Plus, was a nice guy when I met him.

Conspiracy theories are for those with over active imaginations.

Icke, yeah loved his ideas about shape shifting reptilians that have hijacked the earth, hes another antisemitic holocuast denier.

Bill Cooper was the only conspiracy theorist who was trustworthy and right about many of his claims...and he was killed for it!

Yates evidently had so many injuries that he couldn't lift much anymore. I guess he does yoga and smokes pot quite a bit.

Conspiracy theories can be out there, but not all of them. If you don't believe everythong that the media feeds to us, does that make someone a conspiracy theorist? How often do politicians and the media feed us BS...
Appreciaye your comments on ahapeshifters though.

Hey Stuke,

I dont believe everything am told by the media, we all just want the truth after all, but being a holocaust denier is something else altogether.
In this particular interview, Yates is quite ignorant, and has a defiant attitude about it, especially when Dave Palumbo says "i have family members who where there".

Yates seemed actually surprised there where businesses that dont want to work with him because of his post about Auschwitz on facebook.
Imagine some former top champion in another sport posted such a video on their facebook page, they'd be ruined.

The media feeds us bullshit 99 % of the time ... I fucking hate them. I threw out my old TV 18 months ago and except for my internet connection, had my Comcast cable service discontinued. People are amused but bothered that I can exist just fine with out subjecting myself to the TV news media brain-washing as they are everyday.

In an attempt to 'bring me back' into modern times and 'normal' ways , the women I work for bought me a brand new, flat screen TV for my birthday this summer.

It's still in the box .... and have no plans to connect it anytime soon.

I think she's a little put off by that.

So you got rid of your TV to get away from the BS but still look at stuff like this?? Like the internet is fool proof!? You know there are other cultural things you can watch on TV besides News, like Gilligan's Island, F Troop and Green acres!!

Sirloin, I did not dealise that people, including Yates are denying the holocost actually happened. I can't get my head around this, like the flat earthefs, but much worse because it is highly offensive. I need fo look into their 'logic'.

Yates on weed and ayahuasca . Like the Beatles in the late 60's had their insights...led to their diillusions.

The holocaust did happen. Heinrich Himmler was a major part of it. Like Dave Palumbo said (relatives who were there) there are a load of witnesses.

Dorian was not there neither was the anti-reptilian David Icke (lizards from another planet). Icke may be personable doesn't mean he's rational in regards to alien takeover. Is he on something?

He says to "do your own research, your not to get it from watching films or most documentaries", I detect a hint of antisemitism when he says that, what he really wants to say is...films and documentries NOT made by Jewish director's/ people.
