"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

There is another non-mass based strength training system hitting the market. It uses electromagnetic resistance, and is said to provide up to 200 lbs of resistance. A computer controls and adjusts the resistance while you work out. Aimed at the home market, it costs about $3000. I don't think I've seen it discussed here before. Anyone know anything about it?

That thing looks like a piece of crapola to me. Electromagnetic field resistance can be of real value -- but not housed in something like that.

I did wonder how solidly you could wall mount something like that. Seems like it would be better if it was built into a rigid stand alone frame.
