"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

Hope everyone had a great holiday season. We recently installed a Nautilus Omni Shoulder Press and Omni Chest press into our facility. I remember when I got into all of this being frustrated I couldn't even find pictures of some of these old Nautilus machines. My goal is to make them much more accessible moving forward. Posting a couple of quick videos of the two Omni's in use.

Probably one or two and they would cost a fortune now. Near impossible to find now. It?s cool because it?s rare but from what I can see it?s just the press part of a double shoulder with a foot peddle . I?m suprised that no one ever made a attachment kit to add a foot peddle to several Nautilus machines. I started to make one and then found I didn?t like the press part of the double shoulder , to much friction.

I have never gotten an exact number but my guess is less then 10 of both. They took years for me to track down.

I can see there has been a great deal of time and effort spent here.

Very much appreciated.
