"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

So what's you serious favorite picture?

==============================

All the subsets of bodybuilders that I am in awe of include Tom Platz because of his incredible thighs - the bodypart which I most admire. So he is most certainly in the 'short list' for favorite.

Its definitely Kaz. This was during the `ultimate challenge` in 86` in Scotland where Kaz , Simarsson and Capes went head to head. I have lots of pics of the event.

Ah makes sense, thanks T. Must have been great to see. I talk with a former olympic athlete from here (Mike Bull), he was telling a great story about being on a plane with Capes (when he was a shot putter), he apparently was giving off stink cauae he wasnt getting enough food on a long team plane flight lol.

Cant complain though, i was in Mexico that year with my dad and uncle, i saw your country man Gordon Stractan score against West Germany then tried to jump the barrier and realised he was too short lol.
