"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

having a hard time losing weight....people say I look thinner but the scale is only moving very slowly downward (maybe a pound a week)
the only thing I am not doing is the ice bath or cold on the neck

could that really be the answer???

Who cares what the scale says? If you look thinner isn't that what really counts?

I agree, however I have a goal of going from 210 to 190...therefore, thats why sometimes I focus too much on the scale...and probably shouldn't, like you said, who cares, lol

You probably are losing fat, and it's not showing up on a scale that measures weight.

Stay the course. Be persistent. Don't give in. Soon your weight will drop.
