Killingr Fat: Workout Plan?


Just started the killing at 6 week program. I'm in the military and workout pretty regularly the book doesn't really specify the daily workout routine.

Is there any guidance on what workout you do each day or maybe a weekly schedule for the first two weeks like there is for the meal plans? I'm having a hard time nailing down exactly what to do.

Also, what are the sets for these exercises? It just kind of talks about 30-30-30. Is it one set per exercise on this? 3 sets of 30-10-30 for each individual exercise? And what about cardio? Any help is much appreciated!
