Thanks for that coach. I hadn't seen that one before. It inspired me to add 3 sets of under-hand chins to my workout yesterday trying the controlled form as instructed by Dr Darden in the video and it felt great.

I normally stop a couple of inches shy of full stretch and only go up until my nose is just above the bar, so it was a nice change.
