"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

I tried a google search. I did not have any luck.

Probably something as simple a dirt including neck work.

I bet Kim Wood would know. It's a shame he does not post here any more.

It's in one of Dr. Darden's books. Maybe someone will reply?

He is now into cardio:

"He also has become a bicycling enthusiast. Recently, he completed a 112-mile ride over two mountain passes. He's biking 25 to 30 miles a day, and running five to eight miles every other day. In June, he ran a half- marathon in 1 hour, 42 minutes. Not bad for a beat-up old D-lineman, Cheryl teased."

I'm sure you will approve of that!

I have the book. Krumrie is mentioned briefly in the interview with Kim Wood, who was the Bengal's strength coach at that time (page 43-44):

"All three (Reggie Williams, Anthony Munoz and Tim Krumrie) trained hard and were always in great condition. All three trained in a high-intensity fashion, with basic exercises two or three all-body workouts a week. They took all sets to failure. For hands and forearms we worked on the wrist curl, reverse wrist curl, grippers, supination/pronation reverse curl - probably only 10 minutes per week."

That is all the detail I could find.

Thanks everyone.

I was thinking it was bench press, squats, deadlift, and take the wife shopping. All done with high repetitions.

Yes it was great when Kim came back on here a while back but then as expected a few argumentative knuckleheads drove him off. You?ll notice the few knowledgeable people who do come on here don?t stay very long.

I wonder why ? Maybe they just get tired of the ad hominem and all the other bull shit specialists who really don't have anything of value to share.
