"Doing more exercise with less intensity,"
Arthur Jones believes, "has all but
destroyed the actual great value
of weight training. Something
must be done . . . and quickly."
The New Bodybuilding for
Old-School Results supplies
MUCH of that "something."

This is one of 93 photos of Andy McCutcheon that are used in The New High-Intensity Training to illustrate the recommended exercises.

As I live 20 mins from the warehouse where Dynabody Fitness stores their traded-in equipment, I stop in occasionally to see what?s new. Here are a few pics I took on my last trip yesterday. Of note, they are now mfg. a hip belt squat and a glute drive, both of which I included pics of. The owner is a good guy and a wheeler dealer, so all prices are negotiable. If you?re looking for something, I can see if he has it, if you?re interested in anything, PM me and I?ll send you his contact info.

Interesting that the weight arms are longer than the arm on which you attach the belt. So the machine should make very good use of the weight that you put on it, i.e., you will have to use more force than the nominal weight added to the horns, because of the unfavorable leverage employed.

What would be a rough price range of the Hip Belt Squat machine? Do you know its dimensions?

I thought the same. Thats a good thing in my book. I have seen some HB Squat setups where you have to use huge amounts of weight due to the favorable leverages.
