Tried your new killer quad work out from Testosterone Nation. Could NOT get but 9 seconds on the Wall Hold. And of course sore the next day but really only on the left leg. Knee injury in right leg so I favor it. Try not to but.....
Will try it again next time. 80% on the leg press was too much so will reduce it moore.
