A while back I posted about some renewed progress I was enjoying with a very basic and brief program. I say the time to give in, and to a woman, is for the purpose originally intended or for special occasions, and perhaps to deload (see what I did there) when the benefits of the higher T have already delivered optimally for a time being.

I've always felt the opposite. I think sex floods the system with more hormones or testosterone that does the body good. I think it's an old wives tale that boxers or whatever should abstain before a fight.

Gainz -- Maybe I'm missing something here. I just watched/read the link that you provided (twice). Didn't see a single mention of an athlete "going back to meat" after being off of it.

Just quotes from a footballer who said that he personally wouldn't ever go "no meat". He would keep eating what he has always been eating.

Am I misreading something?
