Looking for some advice. Being stuck at home with no gym it?s just me and my trusty bowflex. I?m 40 at 180 lbs and around 18% body fat. I?m not super active but I do try to walk a couple miles a days. I was wondering if anyone with experience could suggest either the 6 week Florida dreamin program or the 6 week fat loss plan.
